Ideally the machine needs a maintenance done only once in a year, alternatively you can schedule a maintenance visit if the machine is not working or if the water flow has reduced.
Yes, you can easily opt to buy the same machine that you have rented or return the rented purifier and buy a different RO+UV water purifier from a wide range of products listed on our website.
On receipt of the payment, the purifier will be delivered within 24-48 hours or at your scheduled date. Once the RO+UV water purifier is delivered you can schedule installation by logging in on the app or website. The installation can be scheduled as per your convenience.
No, the rented product cannot be transferred to anyone else, however in case you are shifting or moving, we will provide free uninstallation and reinstallation within the same city.
If the product is damaged or not working, a service technician will visit, evaluate and provide a detailed report. In case the damage is major we will notify you of the same and deduct the cost incurred from your security deposit. Rest assured, we won’t deduct anything for normal wear and tear.

We are going to provide FREE relocation service once a year. For more than one relocation a year, shifting charges of Rs. 299 will be applicable.
